What is the pilot?+
We are onboarding a small number of Australian general practices to use papersGP at no cost. The pilot includes full access — the form filler, waiting-room check-in, peak-body guideline workflows, and mobile plans the patient keeps. Nothing is held back. We provide dedicated onboarding and support throughout.
How long does the pilot run?+
The pilot runs for 90 days — enough time to onboard your team, generate care plans, and see measurable outcomes. There is no obligation to continue after the pilot.
Where is patient data stored?+
All clinical data is stored in Australia using healthcare data standards (FHIR R4) with Australian profiles. Patient data never leaves Australia. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Is papersGP compliant with Australian privacy legislation?+
papersGP is designed to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Clinical data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell, share, or use clinical data for any purpose outside direct patient care.
What happens after the pilot?+
Solo Clinician ($49/month) and Practice ($299/month) are available now — you can subscribe from the billing page in your papersGP portal whenever you are ready. Pilot participants receive priority onboarding. There is no trial clock.

Bring the forms your practice already fills in and we will onboard them with you. Tell us what you fill in most and that is where we start.
