This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and PAPERSGP Pty Ltd for the use of our software and services.
This End User Licence Agreement (EULA) governs your use of PAPERSGP Pty Ltd's (trading as "papersGP") digital health software, including all features, updates, and integrations. By using our services, you agree to the terms set forth below.
PapersGP grants users a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the software solely for lawful clinical purposes in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.
All content entered by clinicians, including care plans, notes, and medication lists, forms part of the patient's clinical record. This information is securely stored and accessible for future care delivery and medico-legal reference.
Patients have the right to access their clinical documents generated through the system, subject to clinical oversight. Access may be granted directly or via their practitioner, in accordance with health privacy laws.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Hosting is managed through secure Australian AWS infrastructure and MongoDB Atlas, following best practice controls including multi-factor authentication and access logging.
Use of the software is subject to our Privacy Policy. Users must not disclose or misuse patient information, and must comply with Australian Privacy Principles and other relevant data protection laws.
PapersGP may use deidentified data to improve software performance and safety, generate clinical insights at the practice level, support ethically approved research, and share with peak health bodies to improve public health outcomes. No identifiable data will be used for these purposes without explicit patient consent.
Patients may request the transfer of their information to another healthcare provider. This will be actioned securely and promptly upon confirmation of identity and consent.
PapersGP is not liable for clinical decisions made using the software. It is intended as a tool to assist—not replace—clinical judgment. Users remain fully responsible for their clinical actions and obligations and must hold current professional indemnity insurance as a health practitioner registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Authority requirements.
PapersGP may suspend or terminate access to users who breach this EULA or misuse the system. Upon termination, any stored records will be retained as per legal obligations and may be exported upon request.
This EULA may be updated periodically. Continued use of the system implies acceptance of any revised terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notice.
