Open the patient, choose Asthma Action Plan

From your Home list, open the patient and start their Asthma Action Plan (/fill-plan).

2

Age group

Pick the patient’s age group. The options — and the plan that follows — track the National Asthma Council’s paediatric and adult guidance.

3

Recent symptom control

Record the patient’s GINA symptom control over the past four weeks — well controlled, partly controlled, or poorly controlled.

4

Treatment approach

Choose the approach for this patient. papersGP offers only the options valid for their age group.

5

Reliever & preventer

Select the reliever and preventer. papersGP fills the doses and the Green, Yellow and Red zone instructions from NAC’s canonical guidance.

6

Device

Pick the inhaler device — NAC technique videos travel with the plan.
